The conflict occurred during an attempt by representatives of the territorial recruitment center to deliver the man to the TCC. According to preliminary information, several women tried to prevent this, after which the situation quickly escalated.

At one point, one of the men in uniform uses a gas canister in the direction of a woman who is holding a small child in her arms. “The involvement of women, especially those with minor children, in violent confrontations is irresponsible and morally unacceptable,” the TCC said.
