263 MPs voted in favor of this decision. The most support was provided by the Servant of the People, which cast 185 votes for.

From the Batkivshchyna faction, the bill was voted in favor of: Abdullin, Bondarev, Vlasenko, Dubil, Yevtushok, Zabachenko, Krulko, Kucherenko, Lukashuk, Meydich, Nikolaenko, Sokolov, Tymoshenko and Tsymbalyuk.
Only three deputies supported the “European Solidarity”: Alekseev, Dzhemilev and Yuzhanin.
The faction “For the Future” delegated ten votes: Battenko, Gerega, Kostankevich, Labazyuk, Mizik, Hammer, Torokhiy, Chaikovsky, Shapovalov and Yurchyshyn.
Nine deputies were supported by the “Restoration of Ukraine”: Burmich, Hnatenko, Hunko, Ivanisov, Isayenko, Kovalev, Stolar, Feldman and Yurchenko.
Recall that NABU and SAP are asked to sign not to sign a law that limits their independence.
The European Union also expressed concern for the actions of the Ukrainian authorities on the National Anti -Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP).
