France plans to hold a second meeting for discussion of Ukraine and European security on February 19, reports Reuters. This time, EU countries that were not present at the first meeting, as well as Canada, will be invited to the meeting.
Two diplomatic sources reported that Norway, Canada, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium became the invited countries.
According to two diplomats, some countries may participate in videoconference format.
Officially, the French side did not comment on this information.
