At the Chernivtsi Regional Territorial Center of Acquisition and Social Support reacted to information that Roman Zamriy was spread on social networks.
The man claimed that he was allegedly held in the CCC for three days, although he had a deferral from mobilization. However, the center stated that Zamriy was not eligible for a deferral, and all actions against him were legal.
According to official information, on June 4, in the afternoon, Roman Zamriya was stopped at a checkpoint in Chernivtsi region for verification of documents. He was then invited to 1 department of the Dniester district shopping center and JV to clarify military accounting data.
They found out that the man had no reason to defer, and the Military Medical Commission found it suitable for service.
The center also emphasized that Zamriy was not in the basement, but in the premises of the platoon, where he was waiting for further departure.
Representatives of the Tax Code emphasized that there were no unlawful actions against a citizen within the limits of the current legislation.
