In the western regions – Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Volyn and partially Odesa regions – a yellow level of danger has been declared. Heavy rains and increased wind speed up to 15-20 m/s are expected. In the rest of the country – without significant precipitation, the daytime temperature is +10…+15°С.
October 20
The storm will intensify in the Carpathian region, and the orange danger level will be in effect in Rivne, Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions. Forecasters predict showers, thunderstorms and sometimes squalls.
October 21
The bad weather zone will extend to most of the west – from Transcarpathia to Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr region. The orange level of danger will remain here due to heavy precipitation and wind gusts. In the east and south of the country – no precipitation, fogs in some places.
