Water levels are expected to rise:

– on the rivers of the Dniester basin (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk regions) for 0.2-1.2 m;

– on the rivers of the Syan and Zahidny Bug subbasins (Lviv, Volyn regions) for 0.2-0.7 m.

Forecasters reassured that negative consequences of such an increase are not expected.

We will remind that the floods that covered the Czech Republic in September of this year caused losses of more than 60 billion Czech crowns (about $2.4 billion).

We will also remind you that sudden floods in Spain turned village streets into rivers, destroyed houses, and disrupted the transport system.
