According to forecasters, the average monthly temperature in July in Ukraine is expected within +21.6 – +26 degrees, only in the Carpathians +17 – +19 degrees. This is 2 – 2.5 degrees higher than normal.
It is expected that the monthly rainfall will be 25 – 73 millimeters, in the Carpathians and in the Carpathian region 84 – 109 millimeters, which is less than the norm (64 – 79 %).
The absolute maximum, which was recorded in July throughout the history of meteorology in Ukraine, reaches +33.4 – +39.6 degrees. However, in the southern, eastern, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Vinnytsia regions and in the Crimea in some places +40 – +41.6 degrees. In mountainous areas +27 – +37 degrees.
The absolute minimum +2 – +9 degrees, in the south of Odessa and Kherson regions, as well as in the Crimea in some places +10 – +13 degrees. On the highlands of the Carpathians from +2 to -1 degrees.
On June 25 – 26, in Ukraine, except for most areas of the western and southern regions, on June 27 in the west short -term rains, places with thunderstorms. In the rest of the territory, precipitation is not expected.
