Ukrhydromet Center has denied information that there is a cloudy air that was coming to Ukraine, which was informed by Ventusky.
Experts have explained that this service uses outdated global databases, some of which have not been updated for a long time. Therefore, Ventusky can show emissions from businesses that are no longer working or destroyed by war. These are not real data, but only model calculations.
“We remind that only the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center is empowered to provide official warnings about dangerous and natural hydrometeorological phenomena,” the message said.
As for the weather forecast, anti -cyclone weather will be kept in Ukraine in the coming days. Due to the weak wind and possible temperature inversions, a local deterioration of air quality in cities may occur. However, this has nothing to do with the “dirty cloud”.
We will remind, in March 2025 in Ukraine the warm weather is forecast, with an average monthly temperature of 1-7 degrees heat, which is 1-1.5 degrees higher than normal. This means that March will be warmer than February, when the temperature varied from -3 degrees to +2 degrees.
