In the absence of family members of the first and second degree of kinship, the norm of this clause applies to family members of the third degree of kinship of a person with a disability of group I or II.
That is, the content of p. 9 and 14 does not change, but the decision of the expert team for assessing the daily functioning of a person is added as grounds.
The documents issued by the expert team will be the basis for issuing or continuing to grant rights, statuses, benefits, pensions, allowances, compensations, allowances, other social guarantees, etc. to persons with disabilities, including for the purposes specified in the laws “On military duty and military service” and “On mobilization training and mobilization”, for the entire period of validity of the reference to the act of examination by the medical and social expert commission before the planned assessment of the daily functioning of the person expert teams for the assessment of daily functioning.
