The main risk of the day is reduced visibility due to fog, especially in the morning and at night, so drivers should plan their journeys more carefully.
No precipitation is forecast for most regions, but skies will often be overcast, making the air feel damp and cooler. Clearing is possible in places, but the general picture of the day is a “mist curtain” and humidity that lasts for hours.
The fog will be the main feature of the day, because it can quickly “eat” visibility on the highways and in the suburbs.
The temperature background will be restrained: during the day, fluctuations from approximately -2° to +6° are expected, without sharp jumps. In such conditions, even a few degrees “plus” can feel cool due to high humidity and weak sun.
It will be most comfortable during the day in those areas where the fog will dissipate faster and the cloud cover will become less dense.
We will remind you that this year Ukrainians have a chance to celebrate Christmas and New Year with real winter weather – frosty, sunny and snowy.
