According to the data, Viceremier-Recovery Alexei Kulebi spent the keshbeck received on the purchase of food at small outlets. Health Minister Viktor Lyashko used 1000 UAH for medicines.
The head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov distributed funds: part spent on the Internet payment, and the rest of the Drones for the Armed Forces.
Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko has decided to invest the funds received in the bonds of the internal state loan.
And the Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko transferred most of the amount to support Ukrainian film production, leaving only 5% for his own use.
Zheleznyak, commenting on the situation, added that he will continue to analyze the declarations of government officials to find out how they used state support. At the same time, he joked, congratulating everyone on April 1, hinting at the humorous nature of his statements.
The National Cashbek program, initiated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, is aimed at supporting citizens and stimulating demand for Ukrainian production.
Under its terms, buyers receive 10% cashback for the purchase of local production goods at registered points of sale. The funds received can be spent on payment of utilities, medicines, education, or even satisfying the needs of the Armed Forces.
Winter Support was also created for social assistance during a difficult winter period. The program allowed to receive a one-time payment of 1000 hryvnias because of the action “Action” or partner banks.
In total, 14.4 million Ukrainians used it, most of whom spent utilities.
Recall that the funds accumulated by citizens of Ukraine within the framework of the program within the program “National Cashbek” in January 2025 amounted to UAH 414 million. This is UAH 22 million, or 5% less than in December 2024.
