The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, reported this on Facebook.
“We said goodbye to our colleague – People’s Deputy of Ukraine Oleksandr Kabanov. He was not a politician with loud statements, but he always had a creative approach to things and knew how to work in a team,” said Stefanchuk.
He expressed his sincere condolences to his family and friends.
