In Ukraine, persons recognized as fighters for the independence of Ukraine, who were imprisoned by the communist regime, will be able to receive a pension allowance of 4200 UAH.
About it reports Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region.
The department added that some categories of the population set an allowances of 35-40% of the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work. They can get them:
- Heroes of Ukraine;
- persons awarded the Order of Heavenly Hundred Heroes, four or more of Ukraine;
- persons marked after the declaration of Ukraine’s independence;
- mothers who gave birth to five or more children.
A allowances in the amount of 23 %-35% of the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work:

veterans of war, who after the declaration of independence of Ukraine were awarded the Order of Personal Courage;

outstanding athletes – winners of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the World Games of the Deaf, Champions and Records of the World and Europe;

astronauts who made flight into space, members of flight and testing crews of aircraft;

Persons awarded the honorary title of Ukraine “Honored”, the State Prize of Ukraine, awarded one of the Order of Ukraine.
Recall that disability pension is assigned to people who have completely or partially lost their ability to work. To apply for payments, you need to meet the criteria, and cash assistance can be even higher than 10,000 UAH.
