NABU and SAP were informed by the former Deputy Minister of Agro -Policy and Deputy Head of the District State Administration about suspicion of abuse of office and official forgery. Their actions have led to millions of losses to the state.
According to NABU, the investigation found that in 2018 the head of one of the departments of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, who further occupied the post of Deputy Minister, and the deputy head of the RSA illegally provided the payment of UAH 27 million of state aid to the enterprise in the field of crop production.
The funds were allocated as compensation for expenses allegedly made for the purchase of seedlings. In fact, such products were not purchased, but was a contribution to the authorized capital of the enterprise from the sole founder.
Their actions qualified under Part 2 of Art. 364 and Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, law enforcement officers exposed a corruption scheme organized by officials of the Kyivzelenbud Municipal Association.
NABU and SAP exposed a large -scale corruption scheme in the field of defense, through which the state lost UAH 246 million. It is about abuse in the process of developing an automated system of the Center for Operational Management of the Armed Forces “Bells”.
