It is noted that from June 24 to June 27 the Ukrainian delegation conducted In Brussels 77 presentations concerning, in particular, the rights in road and rail transport, aviation and TEN -T (trans -European transport networks – ed.), As well as maritime and internal water transport and preventing corruption.
“According to the screening, the European Commission prepares a report that will serve the basis for starting negotiations in separate sections. The report presented will be in 6 weeks”– the message reads.
The ministry reminded that in the field of transport of Ukraine it is necessary to implement nearly 400 legal acts of more than 3,000 analyzed, which should correspond to key European directives.
WITHKryning is the first official stage of the negotiation process on Ukraine’s accession to the European Union. It provides an analytical review of the Ukrainian legislation for compliance with EU law within 35 negotiation sections.
Ukraine has already completed screening of three talking clusters as part of negotiations on joining the European Union. It is a cluster 1 “Fundamentals”, cluster 2 “Inner market” and cluster 6 “External relations”.
Ukraine also completed the official screening of compliance with EU legislation within the negotiation section “Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy”.
