Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovy commented on the possibility of studying for students at 25+. He stated that the right to education should not become a mechanism for abuse.

Lisovyi noted that on June 20 he held a meeting with the rector of the institutions of higher education of Lviv region with the participation of the head of the region Maxim Kozytsky and the head of the State Quality Service of Education of Ukraine Ruslana Gurak.
At the meeting, he “clearly outlined” that the heads of educational institutions are responsible for those who study in their institutions.
“The right to education is not an indulgence from the obligation to protect the state. […] It is not only a matter of legality, but also a matter of honor, professional reputation and civil responsibility, ”Lisovy emphasized.
Earlier, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovy emphasized that “higher education” should become a powerful incentive for the return of Ukrainians who are now abroad.
