Employees of the Dniprovsky company Oridzhinal Spirit Yua appealed to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to protect them from the actions of law enforcement officers and to help save jobs.
In its address, the company stated that it was a victim of unprecedented arbitrariness of law enforcement and the judicial system, which threatens their existence. In particular, the company indicated the participation of the head of the Chief Investigation Department of the National Police Maxim Tsutzkuridze and investigative judges of the Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kyiv, who, according to the enterprise, are attacked on their business.
The company stressed that since 2021 he has been working legally in Ukraine, engaging in production of video content for online games and paying more than 30 million UAH of taxes. It also invested more than 100 million UAH and provides more than 100 specialists. However, over the past one and a half years, the company has been a victim of illegal criminal prosecution for the second time, which, according to management, is reminiscent of raider pressure.
The appeal also stated that the company appealed to the court to cancel the arrests and return the property, but asks for personal intervention of the President to conduct objective investigation and to ensure fairness to preserve businesses and jobs.
