One of the winners of the first Diia.AIContest state hackathon received a grant for the development of AI translator technology, which will allow translating documents for official approval in the “Diya” application.
The Ministry of Digital announced the results of the hackathon.
“For three weeks, the teams worked on new AI products for the Diya application. 270 participants applied for the hackathon, 10 teams with the strongest prototypes entered the finals. The solutions of the winning teams have every chance of becoming new services for citizens in “Diya”, – noted Danylo Tsvok, head of the AI solutions development and implementation center at the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
The three winners received grants totaling $8,000 and the opportunity to integrate their developments after finalization into the “Action” application.
The first place was won by the authors of the AI translator for the official approval of documents, which makes the process of translation and notarization of personal documents of citizens accessible and fully digital through “Dia”.
The second place is for the service of recording parking violations using photography and geolocation.
The developers of the AI designer of legal documents took the third place. With it, citizens will be able to create legally competent contracts in a few minutes – without risky Internet templates and costs for lawyers.
