Prosecutors from different regions of Ukraine who lost disability groups after last year’s MSEC scandal have achieved through the court the abolition of the decisions of the MoH Institute, which deprived them of these groups.

They challenged the decisions, referring to procedures that were not observed when reviewing their disability groups.

The courts confirmed that the Ministry of Health doctors made decisions in absentia or without proper information and full medical examination of prosecutors.

In particular, the requirements for the return of pension payments assigned on the basis of previously assigned disability groups were canceled.

Judicial practice also indicates a violation of the established procedure for reviewing disability and unjustified evidence provided by the Institute of the Ministry of Health.

We will remind, the Odessa blogger has published a list of prosecutors-disabled people of the region.

Also from more than half a thousand prosecutors with disabilities were released five.
