From January 22, 2026, “Ukrzaliznytsia” will introduce an updated schedule for more than 100 trains, including suburban trains.

The changes will affect routes across the country to reduce congestion in key areas. The first flights according to the new schedules will depart on the night of January 21-22.

The main reason for the changes is the increased load on the Fastivska site, which was damaged by enemy shelling in December. The company revised the routes for safety and traffic optimization.

This will reduce delays that currently reach 1-2 hours due to heavy traffic.

Passengers are advised to check the schedule on the official website of Ukrzaliznytsia.

Be sure to pay attention to the mark “valid from 01.22.2026” when choosing a train. Ticket sales are now open, but there may be temporary disruptions until the transition.

As a reminder, Ukrzaliznytsia will update the flight schedule and open the sale of train tickets.

Ukrzaliznytsia also introduced paid Wi-Fi on the Kyiv-Rakhiv train.
