“In fact, the fraudster spent the money received on their own needs. At least two victims were known: one transferred 5 thousand hryvnias to the card of the person who has received the card, the other – 23.5 thousand hryvnias,” the message reads.
Law enforcement officers exposed the attacker and seized a computer and a mobile phone with evidence of criminal activity during the searches. He has now been informed of suspicion of fraud committed in martial law.
