According to the DBR, nationalization of 541 real estate objects owned by the enterprise, as well as 172 land plots, which are in the rental of the plant for 49 years is offered.
In addition, 2,382 thousand iron cars and 53.3 thousand shoulder meters of access tracks will fall under nationalization.
The court should consider the nationalization of corporate rights in the amount of 49.5% of the authorized capital of Poltava GOK.
Earlier, the Northern Appeal Court of Appeal left the decision on the seizure of a number of assets of the oligarch-fugitive Konstantin Zhevago on the claim of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
