DBR completed the death of a prisoner in the Kiev pre -trial detention center

The State Bureau of Investigation has completed a pre -trial investigation into the murder of the prisoner in the Kiev pre -trial detention center. Five people involved in death were sent to court. This was reported by the DBR Press Center. During the investigation, law enforcement officers found a stable hierarchical structure of criminal influence in an institution of 2700 prisoners. The State Bureau of Investigation has completed a pre -trial investigation into the murder of the prisoner in the Kiev pre -trial detention center. Five people involved in death were sent to court.

During the investigation, law enforcement officers found a stable hierarchical structure of criminal influence in an institution of 2700 prisoners.

It was headed by the so -called “watchful”, who involved in the functioning of this “vertical” part of the personnel of the pre -trial detention center and doctors – they actually acted under the control of criminal.

We will remind, the council filed a bill on improving the work of DBR.

The DBR also responded to Siarto’s statement that Ukraine had refused to investigate the death of a mobilized Hungarian.
