Countries that did not help Ukraine during the full-scale invasion of Russia were not shown the secret annexes of the victory plan. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in an interview with Ukrainian TV channels, which was broadcast on the air of the One News telethon.
“The annexes were opened and handed over today to those countries that specifically have the points to strengthen Ukraine. If this or that state, even our closest partners, does not have this to strengthen us, why give an application? We trust them, but for what?” said the head of state.
The President emphasized that some countries are interested in reviewing the documents, but they did not provide any assistance to Ukraine during the war, so there is no reason to give them access to these materials.
“Why should they see a closed application about weapons, if they oppose the strengthening of Ukraine with weapons?” – said the president.
He also noted that such countries have a plan for victory, but without annexes.
