Stasyuk was found guilty of aiding and abetting in asking for $1.3 million and receiving $100,000 in bribes for winning a tender for the construction of housing for military personnel and their family members in the Kyiv region.
Under the terms of the agreement, he was assigned:
▪️ 1 year 6 months of real imprisonment;
▪️2 years of prohibition to hold positions that include administrative powers and others;
▪️ confiscation of part of the property.
At the same time, he undertakes to transfer UAH 770,000 to the “Return alive” account.
Judge Larisa Zadorozhna passed the sentence.
