Forensic examination confirmed the facts of forgery in the Dniprovsky district shopping center of Kyiv. As found out UA.news, one of the citizens was thus underwent and was declared unfit, physically abroad.
Experts in the conclusion dated 04.03.2025 № 19/111-25/12869-PT established: signatures on behalf of the Military Melnik Petro Petrovich in the card of the examination and medical examination of the VLK, as well as in the statement for the issuance of a military ticket were not performed by him, but by another person.
This conclusion is officially fixed in the decision of the investigating judge of the Dniprovsky district court of Kyiv dated 20.03.2025.
