The state budget-2026 project, registered on September 15, does not contain funds to cover the losses of the railway passenger sector. In 2025, the losses will exceed UAH 22 billion in 2025, and they continue to increase.
We will remind, the government prepares the state budget-2026 taking into account the war and keeps defense expenses unchanged.
The government also plans to set a new subsistence minimum since 2026.
