As reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the wind tomorrow will be southerly, in the western regions – with a transition to the westerly, 7-12 m/s, gusts 15-20 m/s, in the Carpathian highlands – 25-30 m/s. The temperature at night is from 4° heat to 1° frost; during the day 7-12° of heat, in the far west it drops to 1-6° of heat; in the south of the country, it is 2-7° warm at night, 10-15° during the day.
In the capital region on November 20, it will be cloudy with clearings, without significant precipitation, southerly wind, 7-12 m/s, gusts 15-20 m/s. The temperature in Kyiv at night is 0-2°C, during the day it is around 10°C; in the region at night from 4° heat to 1° frost, during the day 7-12° heat.
According to forecasters, November 21 will be cloudy in Ukraine; in the western regions, light snow at night, no precipitation during the day, temperature at night 1-6° of frost, during the day from 3° of frost to 2° of heat; in the northern regions – sleet (in Chernihiv, night and Kyiv regions in places significant wet snow, during the day in Sumy Oblast heavy rain with sleet in places), the temperature at night and during the day is around 0° (3-8° warm in Sumy Oblast); in the Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions – sleet and rain (in some places significant precipitation), temperature at night and during the day 0-5°C; in the rest of the territory – moderate, sometimes heavy rain, temperature at night 6-11°C, daytime 10-15°C (in Odesa region at night and day 5-10°C). In the western, most of the northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, there is ice on the roads, wet snow and ice sticking in places.
November 22 in Ukraine will also be cloudy with clearings, snow at night on the Left Bank, in the afternoon in the western, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kyiv and Cherkasy regions, without precipitation in the rest of the territory; the temperature at night is 1-6° of frost, in the east and south of the country – about 0°, during the day in the western and northern regions from 3° of frost to 2° of heat, in the rest of the territory – 1-6° of heat, in the south – up to 10°.
There will be light snow in the Carpathians on November 21, no precipitation at night on November 22, moderate snow during the day; the temperature at night is 5-10°, during the day 2-7° of frost.
The wind is northwesterly with a transition to southeasterly, 7-12 m/s, on November 21 at night in Ukraine, except for the western regions, during the day on the Left Bank, on November 22 in the afternoon in the southern part, central and northern regions – gusts of 15-20 m in places /with.

As reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on November 23 there will be light snow in the western regions, the temperature at night will be 2-8 degrees below zero, and during the day it will be around 0 degrees; in the northern, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions – wet snow and rain, temperature at night and during the day from 3° of frost to 3° of heat; in the rest of the territory – precipitation is mainly in the form of rain, the temperature at night and during the day is 2-8° warm, during the day in the east, southeast 8-13°; in the Crimea, the temperature is 8-13° at night, 11-16° during the day.
November 24 in the eastern regions – rain and sleet, temperature at night and day 0-6°C; in the rest of the territory there is mostly no precipitation; the temperature at night is 0-5° of frost, in the western regions up to 8° of frost, during the day from 3° of frost to 3° of heat, in the southern part of 0-6° of heat.
Moderate snow in the Carpathians on November 23, no precipitation on November 24; the temperature at night is 7-12° of frost, during the day it is 2-8° of frost.
In the capital region on November 23, moderate at night, light wet snow during the day; the temperature in Kyiv at night and during the day is about 0°, in the region – at night and during the day from 3° of frost to 2° of heat. November 24 – no precipitation; the temperature in Kyiv at night is 2-4° of frost, during the day it is around 0°; in the region at night 0-5° of frost, during the day about 0°.
Tomorrow, November 20, gusty winds of the 1st level of danger are expected in the capital. In places, the speed will reach 15-20 m/s.
