According to her, damp weather will prevail throughout the country tomorrow, and wet snow is possible in the Carpathians. A gusty westerly wind with gusts of up to 15 m/s is forecast in the west and north of Ukraine.

In Kyiv, according to the weatherman’s forecast, a light rain is expected in places, sometimes with clearing. The wind is westerly, gusty. The temperature at night is about +5°C, during the day it is +10…+11°C.
Natalka Didenko added that warming will come as early as Thursday, October 30, when the temperature will gradually rise throughout the territory of Ukraine.
