In accordance with information of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, warm, moist air moving from the Black Sea will prevail over the entire territory of the country.
In the west and north of the country, ice and temperature drops close to zero degrees are predicted, while positive temperatures are possible in the south.
In the Kyiv region, in particular in the capital, a change in weather conditions is expected with light sleet and rain, and fog at night and in the morning. Conditions for the formation of ice on the roads are also predicted, which makes transportation dangerous. The wind is northeast, with a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature during the day is close to zero, in the south of the country it is positive: 1-6 degrees at night, 5-10 degrees during the day.
In the Kyiv region and the capital there is a little sleet and rain. Fog, ice at night and in the morning. There is ice on the roads. The wind is northeast, 5-10 m/s. The temperature in the region at night and during the day is from 2° of frost to 3° of heat; in Kyiv during the day it is about 0°.
These atmospheric conditions may cause certain inconveniences for the residents of Ukraine, especially on transport routes and in twilight conditions. The further development of the situation will depend on the change of weather fronts and their impact on the entire country.
