In the Kyiv region, one of the local reserves, who is suspected of receiving and demanding undue benefits, is exposed.
This was reported by police of the Kiev region.
According to the investigation, the official, abusing his office, demanded UAH 100,000 for granting permission for media measures in the reserve.
During the transfer of money, the man was detained in the order of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The operational support of the case was carried out by the employees of the USSU in the Kiev region of the DSR of the NPS.
Under the procedural guidance of the Boryspil District Prosecutor’s Office, the detainee was informed of the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
