Commenting on the situation with residential buildings, she noted that more than 5,000 subscribers in 83 apartment buildings remained without heating.

“Due to the difficult situation in the power system in the region, five out of six schedules of hourly power outages and two out of three schedules of special emergency blackouts were simultaneously applied,” said Onyshchuk.
