“This cooperation reaches the highest level and poses a serious threat to the international community,” Budanov said.
In particular, he mentioned the KN-23 rocket, which North Korea put in Russia.
“At first, its accuracy was very low, with an error of 500 to 1500 meters. But Russian missile professionals have made technical modifications, solving this problem. Now the rocket is much more accurate and is a much greater threat, ”the GUR chairman said.
Budanov noted that such technological progress can have serious consequences for the safety of South Korea and Japan, which are within the reaches of North Korean missiles.
