The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the number of cases when territorial procurement centers (TCC) used force against citizens is less than 1%.
That’s what he’s about said in an interview with Sospilno.
“Our airwaves are full of shots where someone is allegedly being dragged or beaten by TCC employees, which creates the impression of a failure of mobilization. In fact, these are isolated cases,” Budanov noted.
He added that a completely different approach is shown in the Russian Federation: only brave soldiers in clean uniforms, often actors, are shown on television, without showing problems and injuries.
According to Budanov, disinformation about alleged problems with mobilization in Ukraine is one of Russia’s key operational goals.
On December 25, a man died of a heart attack in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky regional territorial center of staffing and social support (TCC and SP), who was taken to clarify his credentials.
