Gaidai is suspected of involvement in a large -scale scheme for theft of more than 120 million euros, allocated for the purchase of drones and systems of radio electronic wrestling. According to the investigation, the firms related to the official received money for poor quality or unjust products.

The court considers whether to release Sergei Gaidai under his or her personal obligation, or to choose another preventive measure.
