Ukrainian allies have long been discussing the mechanisms of consolidating a potential truce or peace treaty, while the Russian Federation does not demonstrate the intentions to end the war. Ukraine insists on clear security guarantees in the event of a truce, and experts indicate that hundreds of thousands of military or UN mission may be required for this purpose.
Earlier, Financial Times, citing sources, reported that US President Donald Trump proposed to deploy Chinese troops as peacekeepers in post -war Ukraine, supporting a proposal, first put forward by Russian dictator Putin. Subsequently, China rejected such possibility .
The United Kingdom does not plan to deploy their troops in Ukraine after the war has completed without security guarantees by the United States.
