Former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov claims that the evidence provided by NABU and SAP in his suspicions is not enough to justify the application to him of such a strict preventive measure as detention, which the VAKS decided to do on the evening of November 18.

“Such a decision seems shocking to me. I find it quite absurd. I want to emphasize that, in our opinion, the suspicion is unfounded, the evidence is not enough to introduce such strict measures, especially since I am not in hiding, I am constantly in Ukraine, I arrive at the first call to VAKS, NABU, SAP,” said Chernyshov after choosing a preventive measure for him.
When asked whether Chernyshov intends to make a deposit, he stated that he personally cannot do so, because his accounts have been seized.
