This company, according to the investigation, was also involved in the scheme, as well as several other legal entities, in one way or another related to the owners of Gnt Group Vladimir Naumenko and Sergey Thunderstorm.

After that, Ferko LLC, Pristaa Oil-Ukraine LLC (previously owned by Naumenko), previously mentioned by Cardinal LLC and a number of other companies received money from In-Agro under seeming agreements on the apparatus for the sale of goods (works, services) without their actual implementation.

The funds credited on the day of their receipt or during the next banking days were transferred to the accounts of a number of counterparties with signs of risk – “transit”.

In general, officials of LLC “In-Agro” can threaten a prison imprisonment up to 10-12 years with confiscation of property.
