Usually a man knows exactly what he does NOT want: uneven fades, emphasis on flaws or a “perfect” haircut that does not fit the shape of the head. Therefore, Rusana begins her work with observation, analyzing how hair grows, the shape of the skull and how the client feels. Only after that he decides what and how to do.

Moving to the USA was an important step in Rusana’s career. She started as an administrator at Boardroom Salon in Texas. This made it possible to see the American industry from the inside: to understand the service, the structure of the business and the psychology of the local client. Later, already in Florida, she returned to the stylist’s chair at SportClips, where a dynamic flow of clients helped to polish speed without sacrificing quality.
Today, Rusana is not limited to the men’s hall. She masters women’s haircuts, where the architecture and logic of form construction are completely different, although her “feature” remains graphic transitions and purity of lines.

In addition to haircuts, Rusana advises clients on hair care. The statistics speak for themselves: 90% of men buy products by the package, and almost no one understands what exactly his hair needs. Moreover, many stylists also do not understand the composition. Using her knowledge of trichology and the chemistry of cosmetic products, Rusana selects products so that they are as effective and safe as possible, explaining to the client the principle of their action.
