“I think the priests of the Moscow Patriarchate, who work for Russian special services, can be more interesting for the Russian Federation than soldiers whom Russia falls asleep of Ukraine,” the commander added.
Prokopenko believes that “no Azov among 1000 exchangers is a shame for our entire state,” and is doubting the effectiveness of the authorities with exchanges, because for the fourth year this task is performed by the same people without results.
