“Intelligence officers noted a noticeable deterioration of discipline in Russian units,” Zelenskyi said.
The second issue at Stavka was the engineering protection of critical infrastructure facilities and the calendar for the completion of works.
At the same time, as Zelensky noted, combat training centers were also discussed at the meeting. Ihor Voronchenko, chief inspector of the Ministry of Defense, reported on this issue.
“I instructed the General Staff to provide a list of measures to improve the work of the centers. The state is obliged to guarantee quality training to those who protect it,” he added.
The members of the Stavka also raised the issue of export restrictions from countries that produce components for drones.
“We know how to ensure that these restrictions do not become critical for us,” the head of state assured.
