The main list of documents for departure includes: foreign passport, military accounting document marked on a deferral (paper or in the application “Reserve+”), as well as an excerpt or copy of the leave order. The order must include country, stay and position of employee.
If the purpose of the trip is related to family circumstances, it is necessary to have additional supporting documents – for example, a certificate of marriage or birth of children, if the family is already abroad. The legislation does not have a clear mechanism of departure of reserved on vacation, so border guards may require additional papers.
