The National Asset Investigation and Management Agency has concluded an agreement with the new manager of the Trade Union House, located on Independence Square in Kiev.
The manager of this iconic object was the consortium “Management Company” Kampartet “. According to the registers, a legal entity was established in May 2024, and is headed by Liana Pinkevich.
The owners of the consortium include the Management Company “Euro-Service”, Parking Comfort Company, Berry Hub Plus and Yuri Tarasenko.
The Trade Union House is not only an administrative but also a historical and symbolic object in the heart of the capital. Its area is 13 892.2 square meters, and the preliminary estimate has determined the market value of the building at UAH 850 million.
The house was erected in 1975, and during the tragic events of the Dignity Revolution in February 2014 suffered significant damage as a result of the fire. The restored facade of the building was opened in May 2018, returning its landmark appearance.
According to the terms of the signed agreement, 89.85% of revenues from the management of this object will be directed to the State Budget of Ukraine.
In this case, the state is guaranteed to receive a monthly payment of almost UAH 1.6 million, even if the management is not financially successful – these funds will be paid, including at the expense of the manager’s own resources.
Recall that the National Asset Management and Management Agency (ARMA) announces the selection of a manager for the arrested Russian vessel Volgoneft-268. Its value is estimated at almost UAH 26.5 million.
