ARMA discovered another yacht of Medvedchuk, it is in the base of Interpol

The executive service of ARMA has discovered another yacht of Putin’s best man, Viktor Medvedchuk, which has already been entered into the Interpol database, the acting official said. the head of the agency Maksymenko.

According to her, the yacht is currently under the sanctions regime and is physically located in Croatia, on the territory of the naval base.

“To date, we have worked out this issue with all relevant authorities and have a clear understanding of the legal situation in four jurisdictions where Medvedchuk’s side took measures to block the sale of this asset.

The implementation path is clear. The key stage now is the renewal of the arrest in Croatia. This is handled by the prosecutor’s office, and we are in constant coordination so that immediately after the resumption of the arrest, we move to the implementation procedure according to the agreed international algorithm,” Maksymenko explained.

“Medvedchuk’s defense, of course, actively opposes this process – mainly with technical procedural methods. Change of lawyers, numerous petitions, appeals – all this is used not for substantive defense, but to prolong time.

As soon as we demonstrate recorded progress in the investigation, the prosecutor’s office will contact the Croatian government regarding the renewal of the arrest, and we will request the sale of the asset,” added the acting head of ARMA.

Currently, the ship’s captain covers the costs of maintaining the yacht.

“According to our information from unofficial sources, it is financed by some legal company,” Maksymenko said.

Also, she says, another Medvedchuk yacht – Amore Mio – was discovered.

“It is constantly on the move. That is why we work in close coordination with international partners and specialized networks — CARIN, Interpol and Europol.

The yacht Amore Mio is entered into the Interpol database, which gives us the legal basis to initiate international arrest procedures in the event of its entry into a port of foreign jurisdiction. We are currently coordinating the algorithm of actions with our partners, so that when the ship appears in the port, we act as quickly as possible, in a coordinated manner, and in full compliance with the norms of international law.

I will deliberately not give detailed routes or mention specific ports – we receive such information within the framework of a closed international exchange, and its disclosure can harm investigative measures,” concluded Maksymenko.

Earlier, ARMA provided clear explanations regarding the selection of the asset manager of the IDS Ukraine group — the producer of the popular Morshinska and Myrhorodska mineral waters.

It will be recalled that ARMA sold 460 hectares of land in the Carpathians to the firms of Lyovochkin’s son-in-law.

ARMA also sold the arrested vessel USKO MFU for UAH 2.48 million.
