In mid -February this year, Arestovich’s wife filed a lawsuit. The woman noted that the marriage is formal, because the couple has different views on family life and a joint economy, lives separately. According to Anastasia, reconciliation and preservation of marriage is impossible.
Already in court Alexei Arestovich explained that he had sent a lawsuit in which he did not object to the dissolution of marriage.
With the position of the Arestovich spouses, the judge agreed and recorded that the parties created the conditions under which their marriage actually ceased. Therefore, “the further family life of the couple and the preservation of the family is impossible because it contradicts the interests of the parties,” the court said and severed marriage.
Thus, Alexei and Anastasia Arestovich have lived together for almost 10 years. They had a son Alexander.
