Agricom Group shareholder Anatoly Shkriblyak reported that the company has left the crisis and plans to scale business. Strong brands and social responsibility are the basis of stability

Agricom Group is a domestic agro -industrial company that deals with the cultivation, processing and sale of food products. It is also a leader in the production and processing of gluten -free oats. The products of Agricom Group under the Brands “Charles”, San Grano, Wowoats and Yummoji are represented in Ukraine and exported to more than 40 countries.

Agricom Group is also active in charity. Within the framework of the good in Action, the company transferred more than 55,000 packs of its products for the Armed Forces and the victims of the war of Ukrainians. Also, Anatoly Shkriblyaka periodically provides gluten -free oat flakes of TM Wowoats to members of the Ukrainian Union of Celiac Union.

The transformation that gave a new start

The full -scale war caused serious losses Agricom Group: Anatoly Shkriblyak’s company lost part of the production capacity, the land bank declined, and the logistics chains were destroyed. Despite this, within a year the agro -industrial group returned to profitability.

    Up to 20% of the company’s circulation, 70% of the products produced are exported.
  • Professional audit and control. The financial audit has helped optimize costs and build a stable financial model.
  • “We did not look for simple solutions – we were looking for new management quality. After all that the company survived, a full business update was needed. We made it: personnel, strategically, operational. It’s not about survival – it’s about a new point of reference, ”Agricom Group Anatoliy Vasilyevich said.

    A look at the future

    In the near future, Agricom Group plans to scale business and remain the largest manufacturer of flakes in Eastern Europe.

    “We invest in the land, because we believe in the future of Ukraine. Earth is an asset that has a strategic value on the horizon of 10-20 years. And today it is time to make such investments, ”Anatoly Shkriblyak summed up.
