The investigation established that in 2022, the utility concluded a contract with a private enterprise for the supply of 200 video recorders.
However, it later turned out that the supplied body cameras did not meet the technical requirements stipulated in the tender documentation. In particular, the level of image quality turned out to be much lower than it was claimed.
The accused was responsible for the purchase of goods and services for the “Municipal Guard”.
She improperly checked the technical characteristics of the products offered by the supplier and did not take measures to prevent violations of the terms of the contract. Due to her inaction, the company was seriously damaged.
