Currently, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces are working on the creation of a digital service that will simplify the transfer process between priority military units, but for this it is important to know the position of the military themselves, the department noted.
Prior to that, Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitization, said that the possibility of changing the place of service and unit affects the effectiveness of the military, because the Defense Forces of Ukraine need motivated fighters.
“This will help them serve where they want. Thanks to the survey, we will be able to improve the transfer process so that the place of service can be changed more easily and without unnecessary bureaucracy,” Chernogorenko said.
The new survey will last until November 10 and will include 12 questions. The depersonalized results will have a direct impact on the algorithm for the transfer of servicemen, the improvement of which is expected by a large part of the military.
The developers implemented the survey functionality in the “Army+” application at the beginning of August. During this time, more than 36,000 military personnel took part in three initiated surveys.
Previously, five new electronic reports were added to the “Army+” application. They cover various stages of military service in Ukraine.
