“Our enemy is such that he can take advantage of this and try to hit the critical infrastructure of our cities,” Sadovy noted.
As a reminder, 613 high-rise buildings remain without heat in Kyiv.
Also, the water supply can be turned off in the district of Kyiv with thousands of people.
