The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined LLC “Classic -Forform” for almost one million hryvnias for violations in 9 cases on the purchase of gas stations – they were received without the proper permission of the regulator.

It is about acquisition:
- filling complexes and non -residential buildings belonging to NAFTA Capital Group LLC;
- Gas stations with a service point and a sink owned by Amas-Energy LLC;
- filling station belonging to LLC “Fililing Staysn Management”;
- the gas filling complex belonging to LLC “Ingrad Real Estate”;
- gas station with a service point and a sink owned by UkrCarrier LLC.
“More than UAH 13.5 million of the total amount of the total amount of competitive legislation, in accordance with the decisions made at today’s meeting, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine,” Kirilenko wrote at today’s meeting.
